Three Easy Ways to Pay
For your convenience, we offer several payment options to assist in funding your child’s experience. Please read each option carefully and note that restrictions do apply. You will be asked to select your payment plan during the application process.
Option 1: Monthly Payment Plan
We offer a convenient monthly payment plan with an initial deposit of $95. Payments will be charged to your debit/credit card on the first business day 30 days after you register, and each month thereafter until 30 days prior to departure. The monthly installment payment plan is only available for registrations received on, or prior to, March 1 of the travel year. The monthly installment payment amount and the monthly installment payment due dates are based on the scheduled departure date.
Option 2: Periodic Payment Plan
If your application is received before December 31 of the year prior to travel, the deposit is $300. Four payment dates are equally distributed between the time of your enrollment and 60 days prior to departure. Balance is due 60 days prior to travel.
Option 3: Pay in Full
When you pay in full at the time of registration you will receive a 5% discount. To qualify for this payment option, you must apply for the trip before December 31 of the year prior to travel*.
*The full-payment option is the only method of payment accepted for applications received after March 1 of the travel year when space is still available for travel.

After enrollment, you and your child will have access to a website full of fundraising tips, tools, and ideas.
